Scottish Ventures LLC formed in June 2008 as a Commercial Real Estate Investment organization. Our goal is to acquire properties with excellent cash on cash returns, to lease or to sell property for profit, in order to maximize investors' wealth. Our focus is soley triple net lease properties.

High Quality Assets
Class A, B, and C properties are our target. We seek established tenants with excellent credit history to lease our high quality properties; thereby minimizing the risk of cash flow interuption. A stable positive cash flow and capital appreciation is our primary aim.
Property Acquisition Process
We select only the right properties for our business mix. If it does not make financial sense for us, we will not pursue a property.
